Location - Rooftop Bar Boundary

As one of our locations was a rooftop, I tried looking at different places. The first one was Rooftop Bar Boundary

At first I rang them up, when they finally answered, I asked if we could use their rooftop. At first they said we had to pay for it which we didn't mind. Until they said they don't open the rooftop till spring. This information was also on their website.
